Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2026 • Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Welcome to joestreecarenc.info. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, contact forms, and telephone dispatch services provided by Cabarrus Tree Crew. By accessing our website or calling (321) 478-0689, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Referral Network & Nature of Services
Cabarrus Tree Crew operates as an advertising, marketing, and dispatch referral entity. When you request a tree removal, pruning, or stump grinding estimate, we connect your inquiry with independent, locally operated tree service contractors who maintain their own equipment, personnel, and insurance policies. Any contract, written scope of work, warranty, or financial transaction is executed directly between you (the property owner) and the independent tree care contractor performing the physical work.
2. Written Estimates & Pricing
Any preliminary pricing discussions, website cost estimators, or telephone ranges are provided for general educational guidance only. A firm, binding price requires an in-person, on-site hazard and access assessment by the assigned tree professional. All work should be preceded by an itemized written estimate specifying cutting methods, equipment access, debris haul-off, and stump grinding inclusions.
3. Electrical Hazards & Utility Coordination
Neither Cabarrus Tree Crew nor its network contractors are affiliated with municipal electric utilities or power providers. If a fallen tree or branch is touching or entangled in high-voltage electrical wires, the homeowner must contact the appropriate power company (City of Concord Electric Department, Duke Energy, or Union Power Cooperative) to isolate and de-energize the hazard prior to crew arrival.
4. Property Boundaries & Authorizations
By authorizing a tree crew to enter a property, you affirm that you are the legal owner of the parcel, an authorized property manager, or possess verified legal authorization from the deeded owner to commission tree cutting, pruning, or stump grinding operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by North Carolina law, Cabarrus Tree Crew shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the physical tree operations conducted by independent third-party contractors. Customers are encouraged to request and verify a direct Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the contractor prior to commencing work.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
